No one offered to seat us as we entered, we had to ask the bartender if he wanted us to just seat ourselves, he stated yes that’s fine. He told us Stephanie would be right with us and after waiting ten minutes I went back to the bar to let them know we were ready to order!! He replies “well normally people don’t sit down in the booths this late” ummmmm you told us to sit anywhere!
Also 474 menu gone, which is kind of a big deal.
We waited almost an hour to get our meals. My food was not fixed right so it was another 15 minute wait for my meal. So by the time I received my food my friend was done eating. The manager took 20% off the bill but I used my coupon because it was a better deal. Last week I tried to car side service. I phoned when I got there. Four calls later and and almost 45 minutes I received my food. I was given the deal at that time buy one get one free for my wait which was the deal I already had with my coupon, not much of a deal. Will really put some thought into whether I will eat there again.
We average $25-50 for two adults but with the Stripes rewards we earn free food all the time. In fact we have a free steak or ribs dinner waiting for us. Might just use thar tonight!
So so SO happy to have Fridays back in Mansfield! Excellent food and variety. The 474 menu is awesome value and the $12 special menu also. I seem to always get the Jack Daniels Chicken meal (now on the 474 menu too!) and the 474 portion of just 1 piece is just right and still has 2 sides.
Still happy Fridays is here BUT reducing from 5☆ due to quality & service dropped
This is a good restaurant. Their drink menu is extensive and they offer many kinds of really delicious cocktails. The food is quite consistently good. The menu has a variety of dishes. When we were there, the drinks, appetizer, and entrees were brought out at good times. I had the Mediterranean shrimp naan wrap. It was very good except there were large chunks of raw garlic throughout. I can handle very intense tasting food so I did not complain, but the average palate would not be able to handle that raw garlic. It was definitely too much. This restaurant is definitely one of the best in the Mansfield area, however.
Service was prompt and polite. The food was on the better side for a national chain. I like the ambiance a lot. Not hushed, but quieter than your average sports bar. Easy to carry on a conversation.
