This is actually one of the nicest Arby's I've gone to. The staff has never had the typical fast food attitude. It's fairly busy so food is always fresh. It's clean and dining area doesn't feel run down. Oddly enough drive thru guy recommended their cookies and they were actually amazing. Best fast food in that area of Ontario.

I've been there twice in 2 weeks walked in and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. First time it took over 11 minutes. I thought it was just a fluke. Second time it took just over 16 minutes. The next 6 customers that came I after me got served before me. Although everyone was cordial they have lost a customer permanently. I'll pay a little more and go to Wendy's. I've never experienced that slow of service at Wendy's.
Went thru Arby's drive thru for milkshakes got to the window to pay and they said, "don't worry about it they are on us guys" thanks Arby's
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was very dry!! I went and told the manager.....nothing. so I ordered and paid for another sandwich. And threw the chicken sandwich away!! Won't be back
