Had a great lunch with my beautiful bride. My favorites are the chicken fajita omelette and red velvet pancakes. Good service.
Our server was dirty, red stains on her white shirt and rude. She took our order promptly, then we started receiving our foot ten minutes apart as food was arriving for our party. That may have not been her fault; however it took over twenty minutes to get a refill of water after asking. I never saw a manager to get help with undercooked pancakes and rotten fruit with our meals. The waitress came to our table three times, once for our order, to bring our food ten minutes apart and for the bill. I will take this IHOP off of our list of places to revisit. I really wonder if a manager was even working today? Received an email to contact the district manager about the experience. After 3 attempts and several days passed without a return call, I gave up. Never received a return phone call. If the top management doesn't care, neither will the employees.
This has been a stumbly start. Good food for the price. First time we went, It was the second week it was open. Horrible service. Talked to manager and she gave us the meal for free and told us that the next meal will be half off. Second time, we were more pleased. Turns out management has been shifting a lot lately. The service was better, And the food was on point. This totally made up for it. Will definitely come back. It is a lovely addition to the Ontario community.
Absolutely wonderful food. You HAVE to try the Chicken Florentine Crepe. Just plain delicious. Very reasonable prices. The wait to eat is getting shorter. Definitely recommended.
So here's the thing about this place hahaha. They literally goof something up for me every single time I come in. BUT they always fix it. And they fix it so well that it keeps me going back. The managers are great, the staff is great and the food is once I send it back and get it handled. I think they just like giving me a discount! I'll be sure to go back though!
