The pretzel was good, however greasy.

The staff at this location is very friendly and extremely helpful! Keep up the good work! It's worth the extra 7 minute drive to this one over the closest one to me.
General shopping trip. Store clean well organized. Parking lot is a disaster, rude driving, parking next to people can't get in car. Little snow, people go nuts.
Cashier pressured my party into upgrading membership, even when we initially said we were not interested. The cashier did not explain full consequences of upgrading, and when we got to car and reviewed receipt we were billed for the upgrade more than expected. We went to the service desk to cancel upgrade and we were pressured to keep upgrade there also. Even after canceling they tried to sell us more services. Later we called to issue complaint and it became apparent employees are pressured into selling services and held accountable for their sales, making their persistence explainable. The whole experience was awful and disrespectful and we will not be renewing our Sam's Club membership.
There is a box a gloves on the counter and yet the woman serving me has no gloves on her hands, hmmmm. Food safety? I want a hygiene check on their kitchen.
