GREAT staff, just needs to be more organized for when you walk in.
While I hv nothing good to say about the company AT&T contracts/uses for DirectTv side, the store employees do a good job with their end of service.
Helpful staff that seems to actually know what they are doing. One of the least annoying cell phone stores I have been to.

I have had good customer service from the physical location....the online/directtv service side not so much. However, the employees in the store did all they could to resolve issues & even tested my phone, found issues & set up a replacement.
I previously had Alltel for 10+ years then AT&T bought them.
long waits with multiple people just sitting around or coming in and out the back. Better store down the road near Plato's Closet. With much quicker times to get assisted and more knowledgeable
