Bought a new phone. Traded in old one to get discounts. Sent me a message to bring old phone to store. Took it in and was told they had no idea what I was talking about. To wait for box to ship it back. Next day someone calls me and tells me I need to bring phone in. REALLY!!?? I LIVE 30 minutes away. Wanted help with a different phone. Wasn't interested in helping since we didn't want to buy a laptop.
I'm very pleased with their service the way the answer questions make sure you got everything you need price is very comparable if not better than anybody else. I made a mistake a while back and left Verizon for another phone company. Needless to say I tried to other phone companies and ended up back where I was satisfied in the first place you can't go wrong with Verizon
I upgraded my tablet and installed the hum in my car. Was not advised the tablet cost over $100 I was told it would be on the contract and lesser amount. I had to sign a contract also that made no sense to me. Don't get me wrong I am very pleased with both devices I just don't understand why I got a $400 phone bill. If you do business with them make sure you check the details or get it in writing instead of a promise. When my contract is due in 2018 I'm done with Verizon
