As I first time seller, I was nervous on how and what to do. I contacted Nate Purdy at this REMAX location and everything from there out was perfect. The home was part of an inheritance and I live in Florida. Nate handled everything remotely and I didn't have to make trips back and forth. This even included checking on the home for me whenever I had any concerns (wind storms, damage, etc.). Nate was in constant contact and always answered the phone (even after hours). Questions were answered the same day. I have never dealt with an agent before, but I imagine Nate is the best one around! Thanks for making my sale hassle free.

Nate handled our case very well, there were a few bumps in the road but he worked us and the sellers through them. Answered our questions in a timely and professional manner. Got us into our new house a few days before agreed on date.
