My kids absolutely loved this place! I dropped them off for the Friday Night Frenzy and they had so much fun. The facilities were nice, the staff was friendly, and there was so much to do. The place was packed, but everything seemed pretty under control. The only thing I would change would be to add more signage pointing to where the restroom is. I had a little trouble finding it.
My kids will definitely be coming back!
Seems like a pretty cool place! The kids definitely loved it. I've got no complaints about it, my only suggestion would be to include sock prices in the package pricing. It makes more sense to me that way. But keep up the good work! Nice clean facility!
Even without kids, this was a great experience! The staff was amazing, I had so much fun, and the facility provides areas for the adults to sit. The rock wall was particularly fun! Definitely got in a good workout and had a blast in the process!
I want to express how much fun we had at the Ontario Trampoline Park last week. First thing I noticed was a police presence which gave my family relief of worries of problems. The staff took care of a group of wild kids that did not respect the Park and was asked to leave. This unruly group was wrong and the staff took the correct steps to prevent further problems. We have been looking for a "safe" place to have kids to play (of all ages), and have signed up for a party of 8 (or 10) teenage girls to have fun without the families worrying! My favorite was the climbing wall which actually challenged me, (I'm getting to old). The kids like the jousting the best. The service was great with the pizza and pop. The staff was very caring in our needs, but especially with our safety. I will attempt to get my church to get a night lockdown if that is possible (I heard that special arrangements can be made). I heard the first night they were open that a group booked. I hope this place will grow and remain afloat, as we need this in our community. Try it, support it, you will love it!
Great, safe, fun place for the family. Staff is great and become part of the fun by being very personable and helpful while keeping the kids safe. There are smiles throughout the building from kids, parents and staff alike. They just added massage chairs for parents to enjoy while watching their kids play or watching sports on TV. Awesome job Altitude ownership, management and staff. Keep up the great work.
