I am in disbelief. We were literally ignored by the sales people until we walked up and told them we wanted to buy a mattress. We had to wait until the salesman "finished his sale" before we had any attention. When we finally did get attention, the salesman was disrespectful and condescending. I will take my $500.00 somewhere else. I implore you, do not take your business here.
I love doing business at all their locations. Great company ran by great individuals! I recommend this store to all family and friends in need of furniture, etc.
We bought a living room suite and leather recliner for over $3,000 and it took 6 months to get the right .Now 27 months later the couch is broke down and they tell me I have to pay for labor repairs .Buyer beware stick to cheaper price stuff because Lazboy is OVERRATED!!!
