This place is a joke. They don't know what they're doing and many of them just want to get you out of the store so they can move on to the next customer. Usually, I try to advocate local business. In this case, I suggest you save yourself A TON of money and frustration and buy your chemicals online.
I have had the opportunity to got to the Mansfield, Ohio Litehouse location and speak with Carissa Stevens. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer EVERY question or find the answer in a timely manner. We bought many products from her and she tries her best to work within our budget and presents numerous options to suit our needs. The hardest part about being a new owner of a pool and spa is learning the chemicals! She is great and writes things down and the timing of when to put what chemical in the spa or pool. I would recommend her to any and all my friends when wanting to buy any of Litehouse products. Thanks Carissa for all your help!
I tried for weeks to get my pool clear and balanced before I went to Lifehouse pools & spas, it took Carissa and the crew 3 day to turn my swap into a beautiful pool ready to swim in. Carissa is amazing.
Bought an above ground pool this year. Everything from the sale to the install went perfect. Carissa does a great job at running this store and all the staff are very helpful. Jeff and his crew installed my pool, great experience. Would recommend Litehouse to anyone looking for a pool or Hot Tub.
This place is sad, unsure how they are still open, all product is covered In dust and yellowed from sitting on selfs so long. Employees don't do much to help sales either. The only reason I don't give one star is because there product is actually quality product although overpriced.
