Bad service all around. Slow, staff seemed rude. The Texas Roadhouse or O' Charlies (within a 5 minute drive of this place) would be much better options for service and value.
I don't know if his shift was done, and he was in a hurry to get home or what, but I had to tell him to put my wife's plate back down. Also, he had messed up the check, so he had to fix that. Finally, after I sign the copy of the store receipt with his 9% tip on it, he picks it up while we are still at the table and looks at it. It's like he new that he had messed up, and wanted us to feel uncomfortable because he didn't get a full tip.
To be honest, I will go back, because I love the place! If I see him stop at our table and introduce himself as our waiter, we will leave!
With that being said, I was there a few nights ago with my family to catch a late dinner. I got an older waiter (I won't say his name)... We ended up having terrible service. My kids had to shout at him as he was walking by to get a refill. I was always raised that if you get bad service, it gets reflected on the tip instead of asking for a manager to raise a stink. So the guy brings the check, then starts clearing out table... while we are still eating!
Love eating here. Great ribs. Great steak. Nice people.
I have been to Logan's dozens of times in the past 10 years. The 4 star rating is my average for all of those times. The vast majority of the wait staff are amazing, and the food is normally spot on how you ask for it.
Food was excellent for my party of five. My steak was over cooked for me but was replaced with no problem. Would recommend Logan's to anyone.
OMG. Stopped hear while visiting with family. Super friendly staff. Went at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Got sat as soon as we walked in. Our Waiter (Bert) was so pleasant. Greeted us right away and got drinks within minutes. He recommended the mushrooms app and they where great. Did not know what to order because it was our first time there. Bert was very helpful with all the questions and put our order in right away. Food came fast and was right and hot. Did not have to ask for drink refills and he always checked on us. It is so nice to have someone like what they do and treat people so nice even though it was a holiday weekend. Will stop hear Everytime we are in town.
